Terms of use

Last updated 17 October 2026

These terms cover this website, oneyes.app, the demo and the waitlist. The OneYes app will come with its own terms when it launches.

This is a plain-English draft for the period before launch. OneYes is being set up in Alicante, Spain, and the legal entity details will be added before the app launches.

Using the website

You are welcome to read, share and link to this website. Please don't try to break it, overload it, collect its content in bulk or use the waitlist form to send email addresses that aren't yours.

The waitlist

Joining is free and doesn't commit you to anything. We send one email when OneYes launches. To leave the list, write to hello@oneyes.app and we remove your address. Our privacy notice explains how we handle it.

The demo

The demo at oneyes.app/demo shows how the app will feel. It uses example ideas and a demo balance. No real money moves, nothing is charged and nothing you do there is published.

How OneYes will work

A short summary of the plan, so you know what you are signing up to hear about. The final rules will be in the app's terms.

  • A Yes is in-app support for a creator's attempt, bought through Apple's in-app purchase. One yes costs €0.99, and packs cost less per yes.
  • A yes is not an investment. You get no shares, interest, returns or prizes, and nobody can promise an idea will work.
  • Every yes you give earns you a turn to post an idea of your own.
  • Creators receive the money in three parts, each after proof that backers can see. If a creator goes silent, payouts stop and the unpaid part goes back to backers as Yes.
  • Personal fundraisers, charity appeals and investment offers are not allowed.

Our name and design

The OneYes name, the figure mark and the design of this website belong to OneYes. Please don't use them in a way that suggests we endorse you or your product.

Accuracy and liability

We describe planned features as accurately as we can, but details may change before launch. The website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses from using it. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under Spanish and European Union law.

Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you live elsewhere in the European Union, you keep the consumer protections of your country.
