Privacy notice
Last updated 17 October 2026
This notice explains what OneYes collects on this website, why, and what you can do about it. Today the website does one thing with personal data: it keeps the email addresses people leave on the waitlist.
OneYes is being set up in Alicante, Spain. The name and registration details of the legal entity will be added here before the app launches.
Who we are
OneYes, Alicante, Spain. You can reach us at hello@oneyes.app about anything in this notice.
What we collect on this website
- Your email address, if you join the waitlist. We store the address, the date you joined, which form you used and the country your request came from, as reported by our hosting provider. We do not store your exact location.
- Technical data that every website receives. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address, browser type and the pages you request so it can deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
We use no tracking or advertising cookies and no analytics scripts. Our fonts are hosted on oneyes.app, so loading a page does not send a request to Google Fonts or any other third party.
Why we use it
- Waitlist email: to send you one message when OneYes launches. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
- Technical data: to run a secure and working website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in doing so (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Where it is stored and who processes it
The waitlist is stored with Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts this website. Cloudflare may process data outside the European Union, under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell or share your email with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until we have sent the launch message, and delete the waitlist within 90 days after launch. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we do it within 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw your consent, or object to how we use it. Write to hello@oneyes.app from the address you signed up with. If you think we got something wrong, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
The OneYes app (planned)
The app is not live yet. When it launches, it will need more data to work, and this notice will describe it in full before then. The plan today:
- Sign in with Apple or Google. We receive the name and email those services share with us.
- Payments for Yes go through Apple's in-app purchase. We never see your card details.
- Creators are paid out through Stripe, which verifies their identity and handles their bank details.
- Ideas, updates and proofs you post are public in the app. Likes stay private.
Age
OneYes is meant for adults. If you are under 18, please don't join the waitlist.
Changes
When this notice changes, we update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use your email, we tell you before it takes effect.
